We’re baking our bagels fresh everyday, with love.
Plain – $4 | Filled – $16.50

TRADITIONAL – Our own hand-made, New York style bagel. Traditional, but not plain!

POPPYSEED – A deli favourite, poppyseeds are a classic flavour much loved by Ashkenazi Jews.

SESAME – Toasted sesame seeds on the top of a classic bagel give it a sweet and nutty flavour, perfect for cream cheese.

CHOCOLATE – Brown sugar and cocoa paste. 70% cocoa dark chocolate. More chocolate. Because why not?

SABICH – Sabich is the most popular sandwich in Israel blending eggplant, pickles, egg and three dramatic sauces.

LOX – Our own hand-made lox (cured salmon) with cream cheese, capers, onion and dill.

PASTRAMI – Our own iron bark-smoked pastrami with our sauerkraut and handmade matbucha tomato capsicum sauce.

Our sourdough range is baked daily on site, fresh and ready for you.

PISTACHIO SYRUP CAKE – This is for when too much pistachio isn’t nearly enough. Ground pistachios, crumbled pistachios, pistachio paste and handmade pistachio essence.

HONEY CAKE – Few Jewish recipes are as well-loved as a classic honey cake. Dark and earthy, soused with bush honey, and just a hint of citrus to lighten things. Traditionally served at Rosh Hashanah (Jewish New Year), we think it makes delicious sense all year round.
